Awards season is in full swing, but recent Golden Globes presenter Julia Roberts just escaped Los Angeles for a visit to Paris with hubby Danny Moder. The two arrived in the City of Light via private plane, and were spotted strolling around the city and lunching at Café de Flore in the St. Germain district before crossing the river for some shopping at the Palais Royale. Though she sported sunglasses, fans started recognizing the actress as she popped into some boutiques – and one even shouted “Pretty Woman is here,” while calling her friend on the phone.
Pink surprised Bette Midler and her fans when the pop star appeared on stage at Midler’s Las Vegas extravaganza, The Showgirl Must Go On, at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace. Pink and Midler launched into an impromptu duet of “The Rose,” and they embraced while they sang. In the audience: Pink’s hubby Carey Hart and Mel B.
Drew Barrymore continued celebrating her Golden Globes win at L.A. boutique hotel Palihouse with boyfriend Justin Long and pals from her Flower Films production company. “She and Justin were really cute together, laughing and kissing over [glasses of] wine,” an onlooker tells us.
Big Love star Chloë Sevigny hit up $1 taco night at hipster-favorite Malo in Los Angeles’s Silver Lake neighborhood. The Golden Globe winner was joined by pals for a celebratory dinner and drinks, though they had to wait for a table because the restaurant was so packed.
Josh Groban enjoyed a family dinner with his mom, dad and a blonde female at Chaya in downtown Los Angeles. The group drank chardonnay with their pre-theater dinner, and enjoyed the chef’s special Omakase tasting menu, featuring nine pieces of sushi and eight rolls.
