She may be a big-name movie star, but in an ideal world, Rachel McAdams would be on the other side of the screen.
“1995, on a sofa,” she tells Vogue’s January issue when asked about her perfect day. “I grew up watching so much television. I was really into soap operas. I’d begin with Days of our Lives, then Another World, and finish off with General Hospital. And before dinner I’d watch Oprah.”
In fact, it was a wonder McAdams, 31, passed high school at all, she says.
“I would fake sick all the time to the point where I’d convince myself I was sick,” the star of Sherlock Holmes says. “In high school I really didn’t pay attention. I took the bare minimum to get by.”
